Journey into the enchanted forest where every rustling leaf might be a spell, and every shadow might be a ghost. Long before film scores, composers were already writing fairy tales into sound: Beethoven conjured a specter so vivid his own friends nicknamed the piece after it, hearing something otherworldly stirring beneath the notes. Join the Mystic Chamber Music Series on April 10th at 5:30 PM at The Noank Baptist Church for “Into the Enchanged Forest” a concert where the Mystic Trio leads you deeper still, through music that whispers of witches, wonder, and things half-seen in the dark before Fauré’s Piano Quartet opens the forest wide, as a guest joins the trio and the sound blooms into something larger than any one voice alone. Let the story carry you. Not every fairy tale ends where you expect.
